The ANA Inspiration tournament will be held April 2-5, 2020, at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif. The number of rising stars that the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) has will make the ANA Inspiration betting a challenge.

ANA Inspiration Betting Odds

The odds will change from time to time due to the rise and fall of how each golfer plays throughout the golfing season. The players obviously still have to make the cut and proceed to the later rounds.

Top Five Picks That Could Win

Jin-Young Ko is the overall No. 1 golfer in the LPGA, and she is the defending champion in this event. More impressively, she just recently had her rookie year as of 2018.

Mi-Hyang Lee placed second in this event the last go-round. She is the overall 48th-best female golfer in the world. She has not had a great year so far, but I look for her to play well in this event again.

Lexi Thompson placed third in this event last year. She is ranked ninth overall in the world rankings for the LPGA. She recently placed 24th in the Toto Japan Classic. She has had some minor back issues that could prevent her from not playing in her best attempt.

Brooke Henderson is the seventh-best overall LPGA golfer in the world. She placed 17th last year at this event. She just recently tied for fourth place at the Taiwan Swinging Skirts LPGA tournament. She always seems to play well enough at each event she participates in.

Nelly Korda is the third overall best golfer in the LPGA. Her rookie year was just recently in 2017. She did not place well last time at this event, tying for 52nd. However, she has had a great year, winning the Taiwan Swinging Skirts LPGA tournament just recently. She won with an impressive -18 total score for the event.

Who Wins The Ana Inspiration Tournament?

There are a ton of great golfers in the Ladies Professional Golf Association. The talent ranges far and wide, and sometimes you never know who could surprise you at these events. Ana Inspiration odds will be volatile for sure, so I would like to narrow it down further.

For me, this is going to be a toss-up between a few golfers. Here are a few that are on my mind:

Ko is the defending champion and is also the overall number one golfer. But her resume for 2019 has not really impressed me that much to make me want to bet on her.

Thompson placed third last year and is ninth overall in the rankings. But with her having minor back issues (back spasms) recently, it makes me not as hopeful for her overall performance going forward. She may have time to recover since the event is still a little ways away.

Korda is the third overall in the rankings but did not place well at all last year. Tying for 52nd place is something she would want to look past and be motivated to try for a better outcome.

With all of that being said, the one golfer that I think will win the Ana Inspiration is Korda.

She had a great year, finishing in the top 10 of an event nine times in 2019. She’s the third-best golfer in the world, recently winning the Taiwan Swinging Skirts LPGA tournament and playing consistently throughout the year, which makes me believe she will claim the title.
